Local Roots.

Real Results.

Heather Tyre is a licensed Realtor® with eXp Realty and the founder of Heather Tyre Home and Land Group. Having lived in Wayne County since she was a teenager, she brings the same genuine care to real estate that she brought to her years in healthcare: patient, thorough, and always focused on the person in front of her.

She knows this corner of Georgia the way only a true local can. From the quiet neighborhoods of Jesup to the coastal beauty of St. Simons Island, Heather has spent her career helping families, veterans, first-time buyers, and investors find exactly where they belong.

How Heather Works For You

Whether you are buying your first home, selling a family property, or building a real estate portfolio — Heather takes the time to truly understand what you need before she ever starts looking.

She has a particular passion for first-time buyers and U.S. veterans, and brings deep expertise to new construction, historical homes, investment properties, and land. Her niche is the short-term rental market — helping investors identify, acquire, and position Airbnb and VRBO properties along the Georgia coast and beyond.

No matter the client, no matter the transaction, Heather’s approach is the same: listen first, advise honestly, and deliver real results.

Rooted in Wayne County

For Heather, real estate has never been just a career — it is an extension of her commitment to the community she loves.

She has been an active member of the Wayne County Exchange Club for over twenty years, having served as past president and a long-standing board member. She recently joined the Kiwanis Club of Wayne County and currently serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Club of the Altamaha Area, where she advocates fiercely for disadvantaged children and youth development.

Heather is a strong proponent of childhood literacy and supports her local library and a local teacher bringing original children’s books directly into the community. She volunteers regularly at Tabitha’s Place soup kitchen, is a member of the Jesup Kawanis Club, and has served on the board of Fair Haven — Wayne County’s shelter for women and children escaping domestic violence.

In 2026, Heather traveled to the Dominican Republic on a mission trip with Connection Church of Hinesville, carrying hygiene supplies and providing direct assistance to local residents.

She is not just an agent who works in this community. She is someone who has given years of her life to making it better.
